As a lifelong resident of Waterloo, I’ve built my life here—graduating from Waterloo West High School and Hawkeye Community College, raising a family, and staying actively involved in the community I care deeply about.
I’ve been married to my wife Jeanne for 44 years, and together we’ve raised two daughters, Lisa and Amy. We’re proud grandparents to six grandchildren and one great-grandchild, all of whom continue to inspire my commitment to this community.
Public service is something that runs in my family. My brother, Tom Little, served as a longtime and successful Black Hawk County Supervisor, and his dedication to this community has always been an inspiration to me.
Over the years, I’ve been actively involved in our community, serving on multiple boards and volunteering my time to help strengthen the place we live.

That experience has given me a clear understanding of both the challenges and opportunities we face. I’ve worked alongside local leaders, families and business owners and I know how important it is to have leadership that listens and takes action.
I’m running for Supervisor to bring a steady, common sense approach to county government—one that puts people first and focuses on real results.
